How the queue works.

Every plan runs on one list of priorities. It's simple on purpose.

  1. You add anything to the list

    A bug, a report someone needs, a feature, a question about a vendor. There's no limit on what goes in.

  2. We agree on the order

    You decide what matters most. I'll tell you what each item takes, and flag anything that should jump the line.

  3. I work one item at a time

    Finishing one thing beats juggling five. Each item is done as fast as it can be done well, then the next one starts.

  4. You see it shipped

    Finished work lands in your systems, not in a slide deck. You can reorder the list whenever priorities change.

The terms, plainly.

Minimum
Three months on any plan. That's enough time to ship something real.
After three months
Month to month, or annual at a discount.
Changing plans
Move between Advise, Run, and Build as your needs change.
What a plan doesn't include
Hosting. You pay your cloud provider directly, in your own account, so the bill and the servers are always yours.
The assessment
A separate fixed fee, quoted on the call. It's optional if you already know what you need.
